Pros
RMKB offers the opportunity to do a diverse array of interesting work. Many of the attorneys I worked with were pleasant to work for, and the environment was generally collegial.
Cons
Pay is below market. Not enough invested in associate development and training, or in support staff. Too much emphasis on quantity over quality of work. There does not appear to be a succession plan, and many of the senior partners seem to be near the end of their careers.
