Pros
Within one year I had received a promotion. The also believe in sharing success with sales bonuses and raises when allowable. The company gives you a lot of freedom in building client relationships. Managers are quick to praise.
Cons
Although I was able to promote so quickly it was due to the leaving of another employee. In most cases that is the only way to promote or advance. However, I have seen them create positions.
