Caring staff that feels like family, patients that are generally very happy with their care, great benefits for part time and beyond and higher pay grade for per diem. Opportunities to train in company specific skills to advance your career are a great bonus.
Cons
This is not the fault of the hospital but being put on call for low census when scheduled can happen a lot, unfortunately.
