Pros

Cafeteria and doctor office on site. Sometimes a 4 day work week.

Cons

Managers being extremely disrespectful and treating employees like dirt. They tell you it’s a 4 day work week but demand at least 1 day of overtime almost every week. You get no sick days and only 2 weeks (1 during Christmas and 1 in July) off per year. Parking lot is a nightmare getting in and out. You don’t always have the supplies needed to do your job, the network crashes all the time, no ac and barely any heat in the warehouse. They don’t allow you any down time during a whole 11 hour shift except for a 30 minute lunch and 2, 15 minute breaks. Sometimes no notice of overtime being required until day before. Black dust everywhere that gets all over your clothes, hands, and shoes and not easy to get off. Favoritism and politics behind promotions. Will switch up your job and duties with little or no notice as well. Asian owned and all about total units per day that can be pumped out.

Pros

Pros to this job is there is opportunity for advancement to a certain level

Cons

The leadership is the cons to this job or place of employment. There is only one Area/Business leader on third shift that has true soft and hard skills. I would say the Business leader has the hard skills and knows what she is doing but her sift skills suck and she is in it for herself only
