Pros

no pros, very few members are supportive and helpful especially in HR

Cons

Complete family business, in the name of admin, finance- they have no knowledge on anything or even to greet an employee, how to talk to female employees(no manners), rude, no HRs stayed long in this company because of these people. Bad career for HR, pay is very bad, they want hr to do everything including admin activities, senior HR and CEO are slightly understanding and kind. Salary always late not recommended to join this company
