Pros

no Pros at all will not suggest career-oriented professionals

Cons

They do not care for Employees, Management is dominating, Late and Delayed Salary, No job security, no appraisal, Employees are not considered as assets, Company culture is not good. No Insurance, No Employee Benefits, HR & Admin are cheaters. Once you are hired they will ruin your career. If you are not in the project they will ask you to resign due to performance issues. No projects with the company only 1 project from last 7 years. There is no proper systems and process in the company.
