If you are a boot licker and have no self esteem you can easily mingle with your manager and other incompetent higher officials by harassing people they don’t like

1) No increments 2) No variable pay is paid despite a profitable financial year 3) People who are not boot kickers get terminated and HR won’t even give you a chance to tell your side of story. Most incompetent higher management I have ever come across. 4) The reason this company exists on the face of the earth is that they are pretty much the only ERP on Salesforce platform. The code was written 15 years ago by cheapest contractors hired from the worst service based companies, these individuals are aware of the fact that outside rootstock they have no chance of any employment so they misbehave with any new joiner.
