Lack of proper training and clear guidance for new employees. The store lacked structure and organization after opening, which made expectations unclear. Excessive micromanagement and limited autonomy made it difficult to perform duties effectively. Concerns raised about workplace safety, including the narrow stairway and carrying heavy equipment up and down the stairs, did not appear to be meaningfully addressed. Employment was terminated shortly after the probation period ended and soon after respectfully raising concerns about management practices, without prior warning.
