There is not limit of cons. The company is set to go down in the soil. There are very few senior members, and the middle management is now themselve scared. No one wants to stay here. They are forcing people to work by getting them signed a bond of 3 years. This is why manay reputed colleges have stopped them to evn to visit the campus for placements. All this - is a result of getting just one family member on board 12 months ago.
