      Remote position, overpaid contracted hours, some great staff despite the toxic culture

      Cons

      CEO who mocks employees in Slack, doesn’t listen to the advice of his peers and takes joy in overworking new staff. He encourages a culture of deriding competitors and can’t seem to trust the folks around him.
