      Pros

      I worked at this company for a few months during pandemic and then I got laid off. I think value the mission of this company and I’m sure if we can make it real that would be great asset to insurance industry.

      Cons

      But it seems that leaders can not allocate money to the things that we should invest.

      Pros

      Remote tech company It was cool to have monthly meetings with the CEO . They kept you in the loop of what was going on

      Cons

      My manager was horrible . Instead of development and truly helping the team we felt as if he was just against us Pay was lower and work load was higher
