      Pros

      Coworkers are very nice. A nice work culture all around

      Cons

      You will be working for a company that is so unconventional it's inconvenient to it's insureds and you WILL hear about it from the insureds. You are given little to know information on how the company operates yet you are somehow supposed to justify the companies actions no matter how nonsensical they may be.

      Pros

      Remote tech company It was cool to have monthly meetings with the CEO . They kept you in the loop of what was going on

      Cons

      My manager was horrible . Instead of development and truly helping the team we felt as if he was just against us Pay was lower and work load was higher
