I enjoy working for Root. There is great work/life balance. No micromanaging. The metrics are realistic and obtainable. You are treated like an adult and trusted to do your work!

Remote tech company It was cool to have monthly meetings with the CEO . They kept you in the loop of what was going on

Cons

My manager was horrible . Instead of development and truly helping the team we felt as if he was just against us Pay was lower and work load was higher
