      - Salaries can be above market - Good managers depending on who you are with that can actually grow and develop you.

      Cons

      - Company will talk a big and progressive culture but will almost never walk it. - This company lacks transparency at all levels from compensation, health of the company, titles (differences and compensation), and much more. - Current Stock price - Promotions at all levels very questionable. This company does not promote based on skill, performance and tenure. There are variety of instances in which you can point to managers running teams in which the average experience is higher than the managers total experience.

      Pros

      Has been the best employee I've had throughout my career, and by far the best insurance company. They are transparent, they care about employees, and if you do your job there are opportunities for growth all over the place.

      Can't think of a negative thing to say so far
