      Pros

      Managers are very easy to work with regarding time off and encourage taking time off from work.

      Cons

      I believe Root does not value good work and will not promote people off that good work. They value the interview process much more. I have applied for a promotion that I had done at a previous carrier only to be told I am the most qualified for the position but did not interview as well as someone who is not.

      Pros

      Has been the best employee I've had throughout my career, and by far the best insurance company. They are transparent, they care about employees, and if you do your job there are opportunities for growth all over the place.

      Can't think of a negative thing to say so far
