Pros

Salary and maybe the awesome health insurance

Cons

This is no structure in the claims department. Plenty of lawsuits in the near future with ridiculously poor claims handling. Process/procedures change daily. Everything is done on Google docs and it’s ridiculously unorganized and confusing. No metrics in place. Their reference guide is “under construction” everyday. It’s ridiculous. Workload is ridiculous. Leadership is always confused.

Pros

Remote tech company It was cool to have monthly meetings with the CEO . They kept you in the loop of what was going on

Cons

My manager was horrible . Instead of development and truly helping the team we felt as if he was just against us Pay was lower and work load was higher
