      very competitive salary and benefits

      Cons

      Sexist towards men, have to be popular to get anywhere in the company. Work product means nothing if you aren't in bed with current leadership. Interviews are a formality, the promotions are already promised.

      Pros

      Has been the best employee I've had throughout my career, and by far the best insurance company. They are transparent, they care about employees, and if you do your job there are opportunities for growth all over the place.

      Can't think of a negative thing to say so far
