Free catered lunches . Health insurance is available .

Cons

Bilinguals are expected to meet email time requirement but they don’t assign time in their schedule . You feel like a robot or like a slave machine constantly getting feedback on numbers even when you are hitting the goal . Supervisors I guess need to justify their checks by constantly micro managing their reps .

Pros

Remote tech company It was cool to have monthly meetings with the CEO . They kept you in the loop of what was going on

Cons

My manager was horrible . Instead of development and truly helping the team we felt as if he was just against us Pay was lower and work load was higher
