Pros

Catered lunches, and no premiums for employee only health insurance

Cons

Bilinguals do not get paid any more then a regular rep, it is an email and phone job but bilinguals get no email time since “if they are on the phones they cover more service” but “we do not use our skill enough to get paid more for it” which was contradicting and upsetting

Pros

Remote tech company It was cool to have monthly meetings with the CEO . They kept you in the loop of what was going on

Cons

My manager was horrible . Instead of development and truly helping the team we felt as if he was just against us Pay was lower and work load was higher
