Business outlook

Pros

Being smaller, you get to part of a team in a cutting edge bio technology company where your input counts. This doesn't happen at bigger companies unless you're more senior. Management is good at supporting you while not micro managing you. They also promote and advance good performance. Company has been very flexible with employees during Covid too.

Cons

Not many. Covid year was tough, but we seem to be back on track and environment is more positive now.
