      Pros

      The tech department let you work with cool technologies.

      Cons

      Everything else. Unpaid overtimes (everyone does it). No benefits, no remote jobs, everything happens behind closed office, bad atmosphere, stingy CEO who does not let you use heater when its cold or put AC on.

      Really great company with amazing people. Fully remote and great culture and there are plenty of really intelligent people here. Amazing work-life balance.

      No yearly bonus and annual salary increases are maximum 2%
