      - Good Organisation to work - Global Office is easily accessible - Great cause - Nice people to work with

      Cons

      - Hopeless HR. HR is not aligned with the Organization vision and mission. - Not easy to survive in India Country Office unless you are good in building and maintaining good relationship with the super powerful CMT.
