Pros
All the usual superlatives about start-ups are taking shape in Rookout. It's purely one of the best places by far to work at- brilliant guys, and most importantly friendly and outgoing, always there to help and guide. The management is there with you for every question on contemplation. Really good environment, minimum politics, a lot of food and fun, and BEAUTIFUL offices!
Cons
Like in every start-up in a new vertical, you need to work harder to prove your value but when you have the right people next to you, it's an amazing journey to be in.
