Pros
Hires well - good young team, even if there is a non-existent culture.
Cons
The founder is a poor leader across the board. He's a cowardly communicator who regularly engages in unethical treatment of clients and takes advantage of the younger employees. Most employees put up with the company because the work is so laid back and you can work from home. Rook is a fine place to work. Kyle is not a fine person to work for.
