Pros

Great pay, good opportunity for advancement, fast paced, good benefits package/ RRSP matching, independence, well managed on a regional/ National level, new trucks/ nice equipment, good maintenance schedule,PPE provided.

Cons

Very physically demanding, working at heights, lots of lifting in less than ideal conditions, very long days in busy season, lots of driving in dangerous weather conditions, high turnover at times, unpredictable customer base, pushy sales team will put orders over safety ( powerlines/steep rooftops/ poor access).

Cons

Poor management , terrible treatment from managers , worst job I’ve ever had . Upper management threatens jobs daily . They take pride and brag about firing people

Pros

Some colleagues are friendly and supportive, Good place to gain basic experience and understand office processes, office events

Cons

No clear recognition system — strong performance often goes unnoticed. Career growth is extremely limited, with no defined development path. Lack of structure and organization across multiple departments. Management struggles to identify who is performing and who is not. Communication between teams is poor, leading to confusion and delays. Expectations are unclear, and priorities frequently change without explanation. Feedback and guidance from leadership are minimal or inconsistent. Many employees, even in other departments, share the same concerns.
