It's a great company to work for! The company provides all the tools to be successful, but someone has to be willing to put the time in to succeed. The company has a very rigorous interview process to ensure the best people are brought onto the team. Once you are brought onto the team, they provide an excellent training platform as well as online university to support the new team members. A combination of in classroom training as well as the field work with the leadership team, provides the necessary tools for individuals. If someone excels at their role, there are plenty of opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities inside the organization. The company is growing rapidly throughout the United States and I'm grateful to be a part of the story!

The positions do require individuals to work nights and some weekends. With most of our typical customers only available after work hours, it makes it a little more challenging for team members to adjust. The other is that we do go door to door and deal with rejections regularly. People must be able to handle the rejections and overcome adversities in any sales roles.
