      Horrible culture Unqualified/uneducated managers who naturally feel threatened by knowledgeable people C-suite has no backbone; 1 is stuck in his past while the other has a questionable relationship with the inept person driving the decisions of the entire company Lack of vision

      Work life balance & if you know how to do your job well people don’t bother you

      Cons

      Pay/benefits & company culture - toxic and you have to fight for every penny you get. Upper management treats employees similar to the disposable bags it makes
