Pay is decent and can be increased with certifications Pays 1st and 15th of the month Opportunity for overtime They pay for your range time They pay for your fingerprinting and exam Easy to contact Dispatch Quick hiring process Offered benefits Vet and Military benefits

Pay has been delayed multiple times for various reasons Pay for certifications out of pocket Very bad communication between all layers of the company Offered opportunities for advancing in the company are poor App to clock in and out is confusing Time worked/recorded should be watched closely due to errors Most of the requirements of standard uniform is not provided Likely going to be asked to stay late/work over time at least twice a week. Communication between Clients and Ronin are poor Poorly organized company as a whole Supervisors and management change rapidly
