Pros
It is fantastic to work at a successful company that is trying to solve a global problem such as climate change. The entire team is focused on working together to bring our nascent technology to the world and it is gratifying to see that the world is open to what we're offering. It's great to be able to go home with the feeling of making a positive contribution!
Cons
We have so many projects in development all around the globe that it can be difficult to connect with all of our team members, but this is the problem of offering cutting edge technology to an eager audience.
