Incompetent staff and management. Not only does the owner's son not take part in running the biz, but he hires incompetent people to run his office. I worked with two staff members: one was very hard working and worked tirelessly for low pay. The other was paid way too much considering that she had very limited knowledge in administration and property management (not to mention accounting). In addition, I was violently harassed by a consultant and was ignored when I reported the many incidents to the owner.
