Pros

Roncelli is filled with wonderful people who genuinely care about each other. I've always felt very supported here. I really appreciate how much the company prioritizes staying up to date with technology. They are fully committed to using Procore and Microsoft products. Unlike other companies, where getting a new laptop or monitors can be a slow process, Roncelli is quick to provide anything you need to do your job effectively. I feel like I have a lot of flexibility when it comes to balancing work and personal life. While we do have to work hard and put in long hours when necessary, I always feel that I can prioritize my family over my career when it matters most. Initially, I thought I was being micromanaged because leadership is so involved in weekly huddles and monthly reports. However, I've come to realize that their involvement stems from a genuine concern for my support and well-being. At other companies I've worked at, leadership was often uninterested in day-to-day details, but Roncelli's leadership is different. This approach was unfamiliar to me at first, but I've learned that it's actually a great benefit. I have a direct and regularly scheduled line of communication with leadership, allowing me to leverage their knowledge effectively.

Cons

I wish the Self Perform Group (SPG) were stronger in all aspects. There seems to be a disconnect between the main project team and SPG, making it feel more like an external subcontractor we're being forced to work with rather than part of the team. I also wish they could expand their capabilities beyond just concrete work. That said, I know Gino is working on improving this group, and I genuinely believe it will get better with time. SPG isn’t terrible to work with, but the relationship could certainly be stronger. It’s hard to think of other cons because Roncelli is a solid company overall.

Pros

The work like balance is the best. I came from a place that did not have that and having it now is a dream. The office is filled with great people and has a great culture.

Cons

As of now, there are no cons.

Pros

Once you can read between the lines there aren't any :)

Cons

Executive leadership lacks consistency and credibility. Employees are frequently told what they want to hear rather than what is true or realistic. Verbal conversations are quickly forgotten about and commitments are made impulsively and then contradicted. The leadership style prioritizes being liked over being effective. Difficult conversations are avoided, accountability is uneven, and decisions are often driven by optics rather than strategy. HR is deeply unprofessional. Interactions can feel personal, gossipy, and reactive/ borderline harassment rather than objective or confidential, making it unsafe to raise concerns or seek support. Despite modern branding and messaging the company remains a boys’ club at its core. Female employees are noticeably underpaid relative to their workload and responsibilities vs their male peers, Nepotism is widespread and normalized.
