Toxic culture and poor conditions overshadow any positives - Administrative Ron Smith and Co Employee Review

Long hours with 42.5 hours expected for 8 months of the year which is underpaid and 40 hours for 4 months with only half hour for lunch. Holiday schedule is ridiculous with only 20 days of which 7 (incl Good Friday) have to be taken at Christmas and the remaining holiday you are banned from taking April-June and when shows are on. There is a real toxic blame culture not to mention the back stabbing that goes on particularly from the MD’s favourites. The Worcester showroom is in desperate need of being refurbished and hasn’t been properly cleaned since the 1970’s. All in all not a great place to work and not recommended at all. Parking is a nightmare with employees cars being damaged or ticketed.
