Everyone is a partner unless you're a first year attorney. If you're a first year you get paid less than the paralegals and go find a new job. Management is clueless how to run a business. Why do you need such a big office when it's over half empty? At least once a month someone gets fired or quits. Never had the same people to work with more than 12-18 months.
