Cons
Worst place I have worked. There is little to no training, yet management expects you to perform like an expert from day one. Instead of providing support, they constantly look for someone to blame, and every problem somehow becomes your shift's fault.
Getting materials to keep the machines running is a daily battle. You spend more time chasing product and supplies than actually managing operations. Communication is poor, expectations are unrealistic, and employees are set up to fail rather than succeed. Morale is low because hard work is rarely recognized, but mistakes are quickly pointed out.
If you're looking for a workplace that invests in training, teamwork, and employee development, this is probably not the place.
