Pros
I was treated very well. The tips for deliveries can be large, depending on the size of the order (platter orders always pay substantial tips), the scheduling is flexible, and the food is free for employees.
Cons
The job can be exhausting because tasks within the store are not structured. It is a multitasking environment and there is usually a very high customer load every day. Often you start a task (like food preparation) and have to abandon it for a while to do something else (serve customers) and then maybe wash dishes before going back to food prep again. There is a never-ending stream of small tasks that never seem to be done and all the employees are expected to be called on for any task at any time, rather than being assigned to one thing at a time. It was frustrating to me.
