They monitor when you arrive, what time you take for lunch and what time you leave. Additionally, some interactions with Australian management can be hostile, demeaning, and express overall discontent of the US team, this has made some team leaders limit interacting with the AU management as to mitigate hostile exposure. There is a very high turnover, and an almost empty office with very small teams making long-term career development here uncertain.
