Company has a lot of grown within. A lot of the senior managers want to keep you in the company for a long time. You can move anywhere in this company if you want a different role. They do support that.

Promotion times are very very slow from SDR to AE. Most of the time people leave before they get promoted because another company will just give it to them most of the time.
