Pros
The interiors and the workplace itself is a great plus as it provides Positive Vibes. The Management were doing something different for the past 16years and you can see the success stories because they strived to it and made it happen. Now they are trying to get fresher's an opportunity where they can build a great career. (There are many MNC's who are the best. Let them be the best but we still are better than the best in many different ways.) We are having exposure to non portal recruitment, which is very rare and people still don't get to know that we are one among the Hundreds who are really lucky to explore a new way of recruitment. I really appreciate the time given for fresher's to settle down and work towards it. This job requires patience and passion to taste success. I thank the entire management for lending me a helping hand to mould my future.
Cons
People who didn't really like the place do essay writings here. To all those who couldn't just make it up with the company and does fake reviews this is my message ( In time you will know what it's like to loose ). Don't just write bad things because you can, try to understand what being human really means
