Supportive environment, great HR, receptive to personal issues, believe in practicing law meticulously and the right way. As someone who worked at the firm, and who experienced personal/family injuries and trauma, I could not have asked for more. The firm prides themselves in being great attorneys and gives their attorneys a very real, fair chance. Senior management views attorneys as people and while they make sure your billable hours add up they care.
