      Deeply toxic culture — favouritism is out of control Untrustworthy HR — will gaslight you in attempt to put up with abuse from peers Constant gossip and social climbing Managers do not lead, instead expecting entry level workers to write SOPs, train new staff, and delegate work to each other

      Pros

      The people are amazing. They will teach you everything you need to know. Everyone takes pride in their work. True collaboration. People stay until retirement.

      Cons

      The customers can be hard to deal with. After a while of being on the phones, you are drained. Unless someone passes away, there is very little room to move up.
