Great people, great product, mediocre benefits - Marketing Roland DG Employee Review

Work you to the bone if you let them. Benefits are mediocre at best. Pet insurance isn’t even insurance, 50% match on 401k up to 3%? Come on. People stay here a long time and don’t quit or change careers. You can learn a lot here, great stepping stone but I wouldn’t consider being here for more than 2 years because you can earn more elsewhere and guarantee better benefits elsewhere too.
