Pros

GREAT co-workers, SUPPORTIVE management, TRANSPARENT communication, lots of opportunity to have an impact on the business. One of the best places I've worked. It’s not for everyone and you have evaluate whether its for you because the culture is very unique and strong. Not your traditional working environment - very much a work hard play hard attitude that lends itself to success. Working with counterparts across the globe and having regular full company training weeks make the role more exciting and helps you feel connected to the global business. I’ve seen several junior staff internally promoted to more senior positions and myself have been trained and mentored to be more successful in my position. - Fast paced market - Leading technology with ambitious vision - Collaborative company - Opportunity to grow - Good work/life balance - Data driven decision making at the heart of the culture - fitness initiatives - Great people - Focused towards both internal and external training and development

Cons

Being a part of a rapidly scaling startup is always a rollercoaster and ROKT is doing a good job formalising processes and culture throughout the ride.

As ROKT grows, we constantly work towards getting the best talent as much as retaining and rewarding those we already have. We are proud of our team members who have grown with us and taken on more senior positions within the company. We also try to and keeping the tight-knit culture by bringing the global team together once a year, with regional events more regularly. Thank you for your comments!

Pros

The paycheck was on time. The infrastructure didn't get in my way technically.

Cons

•Ideas I brought up in meetings were routinely dismissed, only to see the exact same ideas approved weeks later when repeated by someone within the inner circle. •Meaningful projects consistently went to those already tied into the right connections, and it was clear capability had little to do with it. •Real mentorship and guidance existed, but it happened in closed conversations I was never part of, while others received constant support from senior engineers. •Key decisions were made in small informal groups, and I would only learn about them after everything had already been decided. •I was repeatedly assigned lower visibility infrastructure work while others were given opportunities to grow through impactful projects.
