Pros
Company trips are cool (but can also be a lot of pressure and it is a bit odd to be forced on a mandatory international trip sharing rooms and being in bathing suits with colleagues....) Comp packages are very good. They are aware they need to pay people a lot because they ask a lot. free lunch
Cons
There's a lot of cons, mostly around management and the intensity of the expectations. Its unrealistic to expect any worklife balance. Good for you if thats your vibe but its a pretty extreme place to work. Constant pressure. Highly competitive. Exhausting. There was an article once where the CEO proudly compared us all to Navy seals in that the expectations are extreme. This translates to a culture where burnout is normalized and even celebrated. ("Congrats to this person for spending 44 hours over the weekend on whatever project. Here's an award or a gift card. Back to work!") Unhealthy af also rampant favoritism from top down I'd urge most to avoid this place if possible
