      Pros

      Great work balance with an extremely fair and rewarding salary plus bonuses. You get to work 1 on 1 with the owner who is extremely appreciative of the work that is put in. Location.

      Cons

      The area is, unfortunately, saturated with a dive bar scene so it can be getting foodies to come out can be difficult. It is located on the corner so that does help a little bit with business.
