      Pros

      Work-life balance Good working environment and culture. Very few time wasting meetings. You are just assigned a project and expected to deliver the outcome without micromanagement.

      Cons

      No career development plan. relatively low income compared to similar industries. Not a great location in sydney far from Sydney CBD.
