      They are limited pros, some middle management still has the small business model that is employee first based.

      Cons

      This company will be sold in the next 12 months, you will be searching for a new role. New CEO has released numerous employees with 20+ years of industry experience to replace with his own friends. CEO admitted to staff he is actually part of the investment firm's board group, acting selfishly. CHRO has 0 people skills. VP and President are fake people who smile as they fire you. Plant leadership does not care about the mental health of production staff whatsoever.

      The checks clear (for now).

      Cons

      Insane amount of turnover and constant change in strategy (if that's what you want to call it). Leadership has no industry experience, and it shows. Leadership will point the blame at everyone else but themselves. If hired, you have 6 months to work miracles or you become the next scapegoat.
