New system changes, policy changes, and other updates could be communicated more timely and appropriately for leadership and staff. The start of the quarterly all-staff meetings is helpful.
Training for new managers and middle-management is vital! It is getting better but could still use some improvement. Set people up for success instead of "figure it out as you go" type of training.
