At Rogoway Law Group, we work to maintain an engaging and professional work environment while also balancing important client priorities with our lives outside of the office. We take on hard cases, and our clients can be as demanding as in any law firm, but even when the practice is pressurized, we have been able to succeed in our clients' matters because we support one another and resolve issues. In the modern legal profession, unfortunately, some firms seem to accept, if not encourage, team members undermining each other while we foster open communication and collaboration on client matters. Even though our cases can be hard and complex, the Firm offers excellent comp and benefits packages at the upper end of the range and particularly for firms of our size and in our geography.

We hire qualified applicants, and sometimes, despite the best of intentions, we onboard a new employee who turns out to not be a good fit for one reason or another. When that happens it's noticeable that something is not right and it can be awkward until there is some sort of resolution. Also, because the firm has singular ownership, a lot of decision and things about the firm revolve around the owner, rather than a committee of managing partners or other firm structures, and this isn't for everyone.

My experience at Rogoway has been highly positive. The work culture is refreshing - collaborative and more relaxed than the typical law firm environment. We work in fascinating industries, which keeps the work both interesting and intellectually stimulating. One standout aspect is our approach to marketing. Rather than traditional legal advertising, the firm focuses on creating valuable resources for the industries we serve. This strategy has proven particularly effective and demonstrates our commitment to adding real value. The leadership team is exceptional. Joe, our managing attorney, provides excellent guidance and expertise. Tiffany, our Director of Operations, is both conscientious and helpful, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Having such capable management makes a significant difference in the work environment.

The primary challenge lies in the evolving nature of the industries we serve. While this creates opportunities, it also requires constant adaptation and flexibility.
