Pros

At Roger David we were able to provide exceptional customer service. The teams in each store were always looking out for each other. Throughout the country there was a strong sense of team work. In my first few years management really looked after the employees and had a great commission scheme in place to reward employees for their hard work.

Cons

The company began to slowly cancel the commission scheme and make it harder for employees to achieve benchmarks which led to a marked decline in morale.

Management sets unreasonable targets, sells bad products and trys to pass it off as high quality
