Pros

Nothing can be considered a pro here except their first impression to get you suckered in.

Cons

Where to begin, the problems start at management that has less experience than the painters yet seem to believe they are the lords gift to the industry, lack of communication, 100% of the blame put on YOU as the painter when their way lackluster and corner cutting ways don’t work, poor communication in every way possible. Outright lie to you or gaslight you when things go wrong, work you into the ground just to chew you out for not being faster, even when ahead of schedule, horrible place to work if you genuinely care to learn how to be a good painter or hone your skills. If you want a quick paycheck, go for it.

Pros

I’ve really enjoyed working here. The team is solid, everyone works hard, and people genuinely help each other out when needed. The pay is good and it’s based on what you bring to the table…if you show up, work hard, and do quality work, it doesn’t go unnoticed. One thing I appreciate is there’s not a lot of BS. Expectations are clear, management is straightforward, and everyone is focused on getting the job done right. It’s a fast-paced environment at times, but it makes the days go by quickly. Overall, it’s a great place to work if you’re willing to put in the effort and take pride in what you do.

Cons

Not the biggest early bird so waking up early was a big transition at first
